Jewelry Return Policy for MJORIAN
Returns
Items purchased from MJORIAN may be returned within 7 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below.

To be eligible for a return, the jewelry must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted.

Returns will only be accepted with a valid proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt.
Exchanges
Exchanges for a different item of equal or lesser value are allowed within 14 days of the delivery date. If the new item is of greater value, the customer will be responsible for paying the difference.
Refunds
The refund may be issued in the original form of payment; cash, credit card, bank transfer in 14 days.
Exclusions
Custom made items, especially those with engraving are subject to review for any return queries
